1. Agreement to Terms

Luxury Wrists by IJ provides a curated selection of authenticated pre-owned luxury timepieces. Our services include:

• Sourcing and sale of authenticated pre-owned luxury watches
• Multi-point authentication and condition grading
• Personal watch advisory and consultation
• Private viewing appointments

3. Authenticity Guarantee

Every timepiece listed on our platform undergoes rigorous multi-point authentication by qualified horologists. We guarantee the authenticity of every watch we sell. In the unlikely event that a watch is proven to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund upon return of the item in its original condition.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are provided upon enquiry and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are quoted in the currency agreed upon at the time of transaction. Payment terms are as follows:

• Full payment is required prior to shipping or collection
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the transaction process
• All transactions are final once payment has been processed and the watch has been dispatched

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of luxury goods and the bespoke advisory process involved in each transaction:

• All sales are considered final
• Returns may be accepted at our sole discretion within 48 hours of delivery, provided the watch is returned in its original, unworn condition with all accompanying documentation
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item

6. Watch Condition

All watches are described and graded to the best of our ability. Photographs and descriptions are intended to be as accurate as possible but may not capture every micro-detail. Pre-owned watches may exhibit signs of prior ownership. The condition grade assigned to each watch (Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good) is determined by our in-house assessment and is provided as a guide.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer global delivery via fully insured, tracked shipping services. Key terms:

• Shipping costs and timelines will be communicated prior to finalising the transaction
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier
• Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers

8. Intellectual Property
